In preparation for Deputy High Commissioner Kate Gilmore's oral update to the 41st Session UN Human Rights Council on the human rights situation in Myanmar, I compiled an extensive list of abuses perpetrated against the Rohingya and other ethnic minorities in northern Rakhine State since July 2018. I also assisted in the process of drafting the speech, and much of my language is included in the final version.
